I can't figure out how to change the value of the discriminator in FlowJo's table "iterate by keyword" table batch generator. My situation is this: Let's say I have 2 strains of bacteria and multiple samples of each; all stained with the same panel of fluors, but I want to export each strain in a separate table. So I create a keyword "strain", label each sample with the corresponding value, and want to use that as the discriminator.

The documentation page says "Any sample with a keyword entry matching the keyword entry of the discriminator keyword of the first sample in the chosen group is included." BUT even when I select the group containing Strain2, the value of the "strain" keyword still shows Strain1 and thus an empty table is generated.

I have also tried putting them in separate groups and simply selecting the group and using "iterate by sample", the table for Strain1 appears fine, but it generates a table containing only the last sample in the Strain2 group.

There must be something obvious I'm missing...?
