Can I use the same secondary antibody- which I use in IF for ATF3-  for flow staining as well ?

What was your sample in IF? tissue or cells? If were cells, its handy to have a try in flow. If your Ab works well in IF then chances are there that it may work in flow even if it is'nt mentioned on product sheet. Majority of Ab work even well appropriate applications that are'nt mentioned in data sheet. Moreover you can use the same secondary Ab in flow as well if your purpose is not a dual marker detection in your sample. Hope it helps
