What is your structure? it seems that it is not a solar cell. Then the film will work as photoconductove device photo resistor. It has no sense to define a fill factor to this device.

Could you show your IV curves please? It looks like that you use a software to calculate the fill factors assuming you measure a solar cell. If you only want to measure IV characteristics, you have to use a different programe.

Xuhua Wang These are the IV curves. The simulator gives information about the Voc,Isc., FF etc. I was more interested in the curves but i was curious why the FF came out as infinity
