There are many balance tests utilized to measure postural stability among older adults. I am interested to hear perspectives on fear of falling and balance confidence instruments commonly used in a variety of settings.
Thank you for your reply Dr. Nugraha. I commonly use these scales with older adults in the community also. Have you had any experience with the below scale, the Activities-specific Falls Caution Scale, for older adults in nursing homes?
I am curious why this outcome appears underutilized.
