Some universities and scientific agencies have notices that number of fake journals and conferences are operating. Comment your ides on this issue. how to get-rid this.

I cannot understand what is the point of organizing a fake conference.Who is served by this ?What is the purpose ?

The researcher should do some background check earlier to attend the conference. I am not sure there can be some fake journal because you can check the ISSN number online, you will know whether the journal exist or no. Also if the journal has no ISSN no point to publish.
The list of those incredible journals, as "Jeffry Beall's list" are are available in the internet. What about your idea ?

These fake journals are called predatory journals (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predatory_open-access_publishing with a lot of information). Yesterday the following press release was published: "Court Rules in FTC’s Favor Against Predatory Academic Publisher OMICS Group; Imposes $50.1 Million Judgment against Defendants That Made False Claims and Hid Publishing Fees" (https://www.ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2019/04/court-rules-ftcs-favor-against-predatory-academic-publisher-omics). This made it, e.g., into New York Times (https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/03/science/predatory-journals-ftc-omics.html) and into the main German news channel (Tagesschau, see https://www.tagesschau.de/inland/fake-science-101.html).
