You might consider pretreatment with a sugar degrading enzyme or enzymes.

Maybe try a Kupchan extraction series? The sugars will remain in the aqueous phase and most of the other compounds will be in the various organic phases. The only problem arises if the compounds of interest are water soluble.

Alternatively, try solid phase extraction onto reverse phase, followed by a water wash, then elution with organic solvents.
