Experience with xGDBvm?

Has anybody experience in the work with the genome/gene annotation platform xGDBvm? How save are my data in the cloud? Is the dealing with annotation really easy?

I´m a little bit sceptical that this annotation technique is that wonder as it forecast.

Does anybody know an alternative?
