I wish to preform CD8 T cell stimulation from tissue of infected Mice.

At my disposal, I have a peptide library of overlapping peptides that consist of 15mers, I know that this not the optimal length for CD8 activation, in which short stimulation time might only favour CD4 T cells activation. My question is: How long should I stimulated the cells for now when I have longer peptides? Normally I stimulated with 9mers and then 6-7 h is enough to activated.
