I have published two of my research articles in Scopus indexed journals but when I searched those articles through Scopus database, it was showing only one article. Therefore, in this regard what should I do..
Dear Daud Khan, there can be many reasons for that. The most common is that your paper is not in the data base yet. If it is not an Elsevier journal then it takes longer time while indexers process the papers. (They often use external data.) A simple check: if the papers in the same issue are still not in the data base, there is no reason to worry about (yet).
Another idea: have you searched for the TITLE or DOI of your publication? The author names are often misspelled (look at my name) or the first names are mixed up with family names (I am Hungarian, we use the dictionary (Japanese) order), I also had both of these problems. In Scopus there is a well-functioning correction service, I have a relatively good experience. (It takes some 6 weeks while they check and carry out your correction suggestion.)
Dear Sir, both of my research papers are published in non Elsevier journals. Actually, I have published one my paper in February 2016 and the other one in March 2017. But when I searched, I just found one article which is published in 2017.
Therefore I am worried about it because the article which is published in 2016 is still not showing by the Scopus.
As you have directed to me, I have searched through title, author, agency unfortunately it is also not working.
If there is any method to overcome this problem, plz let me know.
Dear Daud Khan, another (then a sad) possibility that Scopus discontinued to index that journal (this sometimes happens). Check the journal in the list of indexed journals.
(And there is still to check whether OTHER papers of the SAME issue appeared in Scopus.)
Some contributions (e.g., editorials, obituaries, conference announcements and reports, and alike) are not indexed, even if the journal itself is indexed. I guess your paper is not of this kind.
I went through the list of the journals indexed in Scopus and i found that journal in which my research articles has been published. Also i have found some other articles of the same journals in scopus database,
Therefore, I m worried about my article which is not showing by the scopus.
