Nowadays, many databases are available through which we can easily detect the current pattern concerning the spectrum of bibliometric techniques in any field of study. Conspicuously, these law were formulated during late 1920s or 1930s. That time pattern of publishing were different, authorship were different, in this regard how can we validate these laws to the present data.

Metric studies (bibliometrics, informetrics, scientometrics, altmetrics, ...) have a dynamic nature; there are several indicators which have been introduces during last years. On the other hand, many of bibliometric indicators and techniques are not available in citation databases.
