Anyone who experienced problems with freshly thawed epithelial cells from ATCC?With ATCC recommended medium with GF kit.
Pictures 24 hours after thawing.

More information is needed. What are the cells in? What temperature? CO2 incubator? Humidified incubator? Also it looks like the culture may be contaminated. I would plate a sample and do a gram stain as well. Something is definitely wrong.

thanks for your message. Cells are ATCC-PCS-480-010, Primary Vaginal epithelial cells. They were thawed as recommended tin the product Sheet and cultivated in the corresponding commercial medium (ATCC® PCS480030). Medium was reconstituted but not filtered.
culture conditions are : humidified incubator, 37°C, 5%CO2.
After 24h, resuscitation attempt, after 48H Trypan blue and they were all dead.
To me the they were already dead in the initial vial I received,
You would most likely need a coating of some sort for your culture vessell, maybe collagen-I or matrigel.
Very possible...what was the history of the vial prior to you receiving it?
