More information is needed. What are the cells in? What temperature? CO2 incubator? Humidified incubator? Also it looks like the culture may be contaminated. I would plate a sample and do a gram stain as well. Something is definitely wrong.
thanks for your message. Cells are ATCC-PCS-480-010, Primary Vaginal epithelial cells. They were thawed as recommended tin the product Sheet and cultivated in the corresponding commercial medium (ATCC® PCS480030). Medium was reconstituted but not filtered.
culture conditions are : humidified incubator, 37°C, 5%CO2.
After 24h, resuscitation attempt, after 48H Trypan blue and they were all dead.
To me the they were already dead in the initial vial I received,
