Is there any database/website/book where energy band (E-K curve) diagrams of all known, semiconductor materials (Direct as well as Indirect Band Gap semiconductors) is available.
It will be more helpful if such, data is available as a function of whatever dependent variables like temperature, doping concentration etc.
Anyone please help where I get this information in either diagrammatic or mathematical format.

You can make band diagrams using Quantum ESPRESSO.

in any code of DFT you can simulate and get the curve by yourself but all the availability is difficult, the below link is useful
