Encapsulated drug dose calculation?

I will make an in vivo experiment in which I want to compare between the effect of a free drug and the same drug loaded on chitosan nanoparticles.. how can I calculate the dose of nanoparticles that is equivalent to the free drug dose in a simple way ?
