Eliptical polarizer design in CST ?

I need a polarizer designe in CST, in which the input seed is Linearly polarized TE11 waves will convert into Left handed Circular polarized TE11 waves.

The shape given below. i dont know how to do elipticity with sinc tapering in CST.

here radius is 3mm, elipticity is 1.3, sinc taper length is 14mm, center frequency is 94GHz
