Please tell me if the electron density of state map can accurately track the atomic orbital to each electron shell, similar to 6s, 5d. If so, how to draw it. Please this is very important to me.

In the sub-atomic world things only have a probability of existing at a point that is defined by the wave function which is found by the Schrodinger equation. The uncertainty principle gives limits on how well you can know distances, times, momentum and energy.
