I am trying to electropolymerise carbonate buffer(prepared 168 g of nahco3+212 g of Na2co3in 10 mL water)added pyrrole solution to it. wanted to deposit the polymer in Au electrode by chrono amperometry in a 3-cell fitted electrode(using Pt as counter electrode and Ag/Agcl in Kcl as a reference electrode)? tried from 0.35 V to 1.1 V for 5 mins. couldnt find any deposit. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Many factors like amount of pyrrole ,PH, electrolyte infulence your electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole. Generally, pyrrole easily realize for electrochemical polymerization. Acidic condition, more than 50 mM pyrrole , the addition ithium perchlorate are beneficial for your electrochemical polymerization
Electrodepositing Polymer to Electrode?
First of all I suggest you to study cyclic voltametry to determine the peaks of oxidation and reduction of your system and through these results you impose a reduction current which allows to obtain the polymer and this by chroamperometry
