I have recently performed hall effect sensing by passing a current of 20nA into the thin film using Vander paw arrangement. However, the results that I am obtaining are not optimal. The resistivity is coming out in the Kilo Ohm range, and I am left confused as to what issue could be the one causing it. The film is supposed to be ultra-thin, around 20 nm but I have read research articles where even these ultra-thin films exhibit low resistivity in the milliohm range.
