This discussion is based on the effective use of In-vitro produced embryos . what i have seen is that after prolonged culture the hatched blastocyst they start to swell and finally they burst . I thought and came up with these following questions:

1. Good quality Blastocyst are used for embryo transfer but how can we use the embryos that are stalled at 4 celled or 8 celled or morulla stage?

2. we can also use blastocyst for Embryonic stem cells but how to use them after Hatching ?
