Early stage mice embryos - FFPE processing. Can we group embyros in vials for the dehydration and clearing steps, before embedding?

I am not sure how the practical aspects of embryo processing work - do they have to be singly stored in 1.5ml vials, and solution added to each? Or can they be grouped, if they are of the same age and genotype, and then be subject to dehydration and clearing solutions?
