What is the mechanism behind the leakage of dye from liposomes?
Why for some liposomes we have only certain percentage which is constant after several hours and Its not changing such that not all the dye go outside the liposmes? Because if there is leakage it should be 100% after several time.

Were I to guess, I would say that it is not necessarily true that the leakage should go 100%. For a charged, water soluble molecule, there is an energetic cost to cross the membrane. At some point, the driving force (e.g. the osmotic gradient) for dye diffusion may be insufficient to result in dye crossing the membrane. This paper may be of some help: Soft Matter 9(47):11295

Dye may also leak out because the liposome membrane ruptures or because of liposome fusion. Liposome preparations can be heterogeneous, including unilamellar and multilamellar vesicles of various sizes. Some of the liposomes may be more prone to leakage than others, which may explain why not all the dye eventually leaks out.
