During polymorph screening if it is found that a molecule is always trying to be in amorphous form rather that its known crystalline forms, what will be the strategies to obtain solvate/hydrates/co crystal of it? Already several conventional approaches failed leading to yield amorphous only.
I have no idea even about nature and groups which is present in your molecule, solubility in solvents(polar or non polar).
If you do not succeed using several standard methods try crystallization method in a strong electric field. We have some experience in the crystallization of small amounts of substances which are difficult to crystallize. Crystallization in a strong electric field of 1-1.5 MW \ m often helps. This field strength is achieved when the distance between the electrodes 1 cm at a voltage 10-15 kV, so you can use NMR tubes as a container for crystallization. In our laboratory we use a self-made installation of the old TV parts(for example color TV is a good source of 27kV! Be careful!!!).
Perhaps in the future you will be able to use the crystals as seeds during crystallization on a large scale.

In general keeping, the compound in the humidity chamber or exposing to higher temperature would be helpful to get the crystalline phase. What are the methods that you have tried? so that it would be easy to recommend other existing potential methods that you missed.
