Dear colleagues,

Hopefully, everything is going well with you. I am so thankful if possible you could share with me your experimental experiences / case reports regarding drug resistance due to mutations in non-coding RNA.

Interestingly, I have found some informative references accordingly. Somehow, this evidence did not strongly emphasize any specific mechanism in terms of the transformation from "sensitivity" to "resistance" state explained by meaningful mutations in non-coding RNA (tRNA, mRNA, or phage RNA exposure).

I knew this question is quite difficult and highly credential.

Therefore, let me dedicate my gratefulness in advance to any ideas (both eukaryotic and prokaryotes cells).

Best regards,
