Is it possible to measure how much of a drug has been converted to drug-gluconoride by the liver. I do not have drug levels in the blood or metabolite in urine.
Does drug glucuronidation over a number of days change in response to continual administration at the same dose and frequency?. Looking for any literature evidence supportive or to the contrary.
