I would like some advice on the best method for treating Arabidopsis leaves with elicitors to understand the defense response. Which approach is generally more effective? – using
drops or
needleless syringe
I have tried using needleless syringes, but I sometimes get false positive results, even in my mock treatments. When I use drops, its very difficult to observe any response as the drops are not very well absorbed in the leaf. I would appreciate any insights or recommendations.
