I am digesting proteoglycans to test whether some antibodies can label my digest. However, once my protein has been digested and precipitated, I am not sure what is the best solution to resuspend the pellet in? I would use SDS buffer in case I was running a WB, but what would you suggest for an easy dot blot experiment?
