I'm working on 4T1 cells (mouse breast cancer) in vivo, I wonder if anyone could suggest an appropriate monoclonal antibody to trace the metastasis of these cells to other tissues using immunohistochemistry method.

Hi,
you can use Claudin-2 to detect metastasis in the liver. Here's the link to a paper that showed immunohistochemical staining with an anti-claudin-2 antibody and this study also showed enriched expression of Claudin-2 in liver metastases compared to the primary breast tumor.
