if the percentage of doping Au into rGO is too small 1~10%, is it not enough to prevent restacking of r-GO
in xrd results, rGO peak appeared at 22.2 and also the peaks of gold nanoparticles
so is that mean no doping and the gold nanoparticles did not form bond with rGO?
I think, you cannot estimate bonding related information from where exactly the Bragg planes are in the X-ray diffraction pattern.

I advise you to check the meaning of doping.
You are synthesizing a composite of r-GO and Au NPs, not doping the structure, that is why you could observe the Au NPs diffraction peaks.
To understand the chemical bonding environment between r-GO and Au NPs you should perform spectroscopy techniques, such as Raman, EELS or XPS.

Hi Heba, i think your main question was related to the GO sheet stacking and prove that you are taking XRD as charactization technique.
Regarding your 1 - 10%: i think it is really enough to unstack GO sheets from each other. Another very important point is: How well are the nanoparticles spreaded throughout the sample. That will push to think for a better mixing methodology.. sonication or ball milling or prolonged stirring etc etc...
Coming to the point of characterization: XRD will prove that your nanoparticles are present. [Chemical reaction will only happen between two chemicals if there is any reason.. i.e. if you have given them thermal energy (heat)]. If you have just mixed them physically; only bonding you can expect is hydrogen or van der waal forces. XRD won't help there. (although stresses within the crystal structure induced by nanoparticles additives can be witnessed)
As suggested above, you can do XPS to investigate the bonding states within your samples.
