After proper washing of glasswares there still remain some white marks in the bottom of glass jars or test tubes. Does it causes any kind of contamination in the plants?
As long as you sterilize the glasswares (and medium) properly, metal depositions should not cause or promote contamination. Why don't you use some mild acid to get rid of those depositions.
Thanku Sir for your kind reply. We used mild acid to remove those stains and also leave those bottles overnight. In our lab it is a matter of huge discussion that whether we should discard those bottles or not. I am very sure that they are permanent water marks just want to add evident to my statement from researchers. Any other suggestions to remove those stains are also welcome.
