Thanku all of you but this plant belongs to zingiberaceae it is a variety of haldi. But I don't know the exact name of this plant.
the plant beolngs to Genus Canna of Cannaceae. Not a member of family Zingiberaceae.

We also called it "kalabati flower" locally. These flowers could be two types either yellow or red.
