The effect of the ultrasonic waves depends on their power and frequency as well as the duration and the media of the sonication.

If you mean surface morphology, then the answer is yes. It may affect the morphology.

By definititon, a pressure wave will increase and decrease the density of material periodically. So to be more specific it is probably about the amplitude of the oscillation, and if it is able to permanently disrubt the nanosphere structures (I do no know the awnser to that).
