I am working to simulate about inverter for an electric car in the CST Studio Suite. when I input the value 400 Vdc for the battery/source, the value of the output voltage is 17 Vac. For your information, I use MOSFET from the library and I just learned about MOSFET/IGBT
IGBTs often are used at these higher voltages. You really should choose a device that is rated at least 50% higher voltage and preferably 100% higher voltage. The Chinese are using IGBTs in their IH stoves (250V switched power) possibly because they are cheaper than super high voltage MOSFETs. But the drive requirements and on state static resistane is higher for IGBT. I would start with trying an 800V MOSFET since the drive circuit is more familiar, while noting that probably most would use a 600 -800V IGBT.
Thank you Mr. Marvin Motsenbocker for your answer, when I read the datasheet about MOSFET, it says Vds=300V, does this value matter about output voltage? and how do you determine drain-source voltage based on the battery input voltage if the input voltage is 400 Vdc?

In many or most such circuits the s is zero or near zero volts. The drain might reach output voltage or even more than that if the signal is pulsing into an inductor. Consider using at least 600v rated device or even higher.
Muh. Nur Aqilla Inzaghi why not you try using some sort of high voltage discharge before load and then stabilize, covert it and supply to load
