Many researchers have explained about the single-crystalline tungsten, the trimer/single atom tip (TSAT) on the first layer exists at (111)-type plane. The polycrystalline tungsten is BCC (body-centered cubic) structure. Does the trimer/single atom tip (TSAT) of polycrystalline tungsten exist at the top layer (First layer ) of (111) type plane after the nitrogen field-assisted reaction in Field ion microscopy (FIM)?
