This is the major question, still alive and there are lots of disagreements with the speed of light though, we have a giant jump on theoretical aspects by heading its consequences. If one could be sure on the speed by nature (but for light there is no any direct and straight experiment done to prove its non-relative nature) , theoretically one could raise question. I see that such a non-relative nature of light goes straight back to the assumption on the Electric field strength across the dielectric that consequently brought out the constancy of light speed without distinction that it could apply for all frame as invariant, in Maxwell's equation. The assumption of non-relative nature of light universally was straight point of inclusion by Einstein on his postulate taking reference of Maxwell's result. As I mention above, if one adores to question on foundation, he/she would certainly get a clue about the result of absurdity. This is what applied in my context. Doesn't this violet the invariant speed of light, theoretically?
