I have performed LC-MS analysis for my fermented sample, in which I have got citric acid and all other organic acids in a specific range of retention time and mass spectra.I am trying to discuss this part but when I am referring to the literature, the values tend to vary with the change of sample.What can be done in this case? How can I interpret my work?
Also, I know the values might vary according to machine and conditions everytime. Still, I am expecting some valuable suggestions to solve this issue.
