Unknown etiology ESRD in families is frequent. When a brother or sister comes for donation for a brother, the unknown etiology may contraindicate donation. This matter is debatable, unless the etiology could be diagnosed.

I have read the comment on the position paper and I consider this subject for more studying in Egypt as the unknown ESRD cases are prevalent among young adults
Genetic is still young. So in that situation I do not recommend living donation, unless the ethiologies are completely differents and not on a genetic basis
