Does the PCoA of the genetic distance differ much from the PCoA of the genetic similarity?

I have analyzed my population (186 lines) using principal coordinate analysis of genetic distance and genetic similarity. As a result, I have got two very different plots. Using genetic distance, there were no groups, on the other hand, using the genetic similarity, there was one big group and 4 different points

For similarity, PCA (Principal Component Analysis) is preferred method. and for difference, PCoA is generally used. Try PCA once and see if any differences with your genetic distance.
