Does the enzyme immobilized on nano carrier based on FTIR spectra?

I want to immobilize my enzyme on ZIF-8 with covalent and entrapment techniques.I use DCC (dicyclohexyle carbodiimide)for carrier activation. Does this FTIR spectra prove immobilization?
