A code of ethics, a code of professional ethics, or a code of academic ethics is often ignored by scientists and researchers. Inadequate terminology, offensive words, insulting others, discrimination, etc. are used. Does the Code of Ethics apply sufficiently to the RG?
Some scholars have freed themselves from code of ethics on RG. They feel entitle to insult others, overtly and covertly, through the use of inappropriate, unintellectual words. For me, reasons behind such unethical behaviors are prejudices, discrimination, racism, pride, and belitteling tendency towards all living beings.

We will always have cases that break ethical norms, even in communities that, like academic and research, which we hope will be an example to follow, will commit faults to the norm. Possibly it is required to call for respect for the academic community and make explicit the code of ethics that regulates it, otherwise, if it is allowed and increases it will end up harming the entire community
I think not! Some colleagues do not respect those who are less less RG result. I have no complexes to speak to someone! It is not cultural, ethical or professional does not respond to the expert's opinion, more experienced colleagues.
Some of our colleagues have a small number of credits to RG, but they are real scientists and real experts in their scientific field. However, they did not publish all their works on the RG, so those colleagues who have more credits do not get enough of them. This is wrong because all members of the RG deserve admiration, respect and collegial treatment regardless of the number of credits.
