Does someone know how to use the "Thin Surface Barrier" (TSB) model in SILVACO ATLAS?

To be specific, I am trying to simulate tunneling current over a Metal/Semiconductor junction under reverse bias (The metal electrode at negative bias). There is a paper which claims to have done so using ATLAS, but the manual of ATLAS does not have anything like TSB. If someone has an experience, it would be great.
