I am doing the c-Fos IHC on human postmortem brain tissue. The antibody I used is c-Fos (4): sc-52 from Santa Cruz which worked fantastic on mouse brain tissue. However, when it comes to the human tissue, the Ab always stain a lot of neurons and the signal was always in soma body, but not in nucleus. The negative control, using matched peptide preabsorb the antibody, still showed strong signal in neuron soma body on human tissue. 

If someone has done this, could you please tell me which c-Fos antibody works well and your protocol?
