We are interesting in the induction of GADD45a after exposure to environmental pollutants and we would like to study this gene in A549 and HepG2 cells.
We know that different groups have obtained trasnfected and stable reporter assays with these cells but at the moment we were not able to obtain cell samples from the groups.
Can anyone help us?
We could pay for the cells or "stipulate" a contract of collaboration citing the group name in our future work.
