I need a spectrophotometric method for analyisi of thiourea

From Patnaik, Dean's Analytical Chemistry Handbook, Table 19.21. It's a colorimetric method, which you can easily adapt to a spectrophotometric one: To a neutral solution of sample, add excess NaHCO3 solution (pH 9 to 10), Na2[Fe(NO)(CN)5], NH2OH, and Br2.

Compare resulting color to standards. The original reference is Grote, J. Biol. Chem. 93:25 (1931).
