The government in Hungary started a lot of legal actions against wine and fruit juice makers in 2010, because they suppose that these wine-makers used extra amount of sugar - based on their SNIF NMR and GC-IRMS (2H and 13C) data. The government did not show the standards used in comparison of the measured data - they said that was a secret and EUROFIN did not leave to inform anybody about them. The year 2010 in this region was cold and rainy. This could cause shift in SNIF NMR data, but they did not take it into consideration. So we are searching authentic data for this region to show that whether was or was not falsification.
