I bought an inhibitor (Jedi1; CAS 108124-17-0 for who wants to check the structure) and my colleague put the poder upon arrival in the freezer instead of the fridge. It was there just over night (16h) and we then put it in the fridge. Should I expect that the reconstituted molecule doesn't work anymore or at a lower concentration or eventually even in a different way? As a biologist I do not know how these temperatures might habìve an impact on the molecules structure or if tehy eventually make molecules stick together so that when I dissolve some molecules will remain sticked together, hence Ill have unequal distribution and concentration.

Tahnks for any explanation or tip (except that I should just buy a new one or try in an experiment, I thought of that but I do not have the time).
