Fellow Researchers,

I have been performing in-vitro drug metabolism for quite sometimes. I used to do the incubation of the reaction at 37 degree celcius without shaking i.e. as stationary. Later I moved to a orbital shaker with mild shaking which has up and down motion. Once I used circulatory motion for the mixing. The logic behind was to allow better mixing of the microsome with drugs and with other reagents. I was wondering if shaking has any effect on the micromal drug metabolism reactions.
