Does reactivity of functional groups (primary versus secondary groups) influence the values of the standard enthalpy of reaction?

Assuming that we have two substrates:

Substrate A - has two amino groups: primary and secondary

Substrate B - has two carboxyl groups: primary and secondary

During the studies on amidation reaction using ITC (Isothermal Titration Calorimetry), will we receive two different values of the reaction enthalpy?
