Trying to detect MMP3 bands and in need of a positive control. I ran rat lung lysate and looks like is showing some bands at MMP3 and MMP13 molecular weight.
Does somebody knows is it could serve as a positive control?

To date is enough established that rats lung is positive for some sorts of MMP, but there exist some doubts about MMP-3 or-13.

] is discussed the role of MMP in many lung-releted processes.
