During my tests I have observed that even after cooling to room temperature after annealing, the characteristics of the thin film (conductivity etc.) seem to be in flux. They only stabilize around 12 hours after the annealing.

Do PEDOT:PSS thin films need a period of "rest" under RTP even after it has cooled down from the annealing or drying process at 120-150 degrees?
