My current laptop is Lenovo Flex 5, AMD Ryzen 4300G with AMD Radeon Graphics. I have just researched that most people recommended that Nvidia series of graphic cards but my budget can't allow me to purchase any high-powered desktop. I just want the simulation to run (even if it's slow: probably 20ns/day)

Hi! It all depends on what kind of system you are going to simulate: how large they are, what force fields etc. You can not just generalise the desired performance of 20 ns for all possible tasks.
It is generally unadvisable to run MD runs on a laptop, even if it has a dedicated GPU. Also just as previously stated the performance is highly dependent on the system size, also in my experience YASARA sometimes underperforms with ryzen CPUs.
Alright, I guess I have to check on the simulation system and probably gonna use the one in my lab ( They usually run multiple simulations at the same time ). Really appreciate the answer!
