We are planning to order L-WRN cell line to obtain wnt3a/R-spondin/Noggin conditioned media. We were thinking if we can buy these individual components separately if that is economical. I was confused if I should look for recombinant mouse or recombinant human proteins?
Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

L-WRN cell line has been engineered to secrete the three WRN factors cloned from murine transcripts.

Conditioned media (CM) cultured from these cells is effective in growing both mouse and human intestinal crypt organoids.

Ordering L-WRN cell line to obtain wnt3a/R-spondin/Noggin conditioned media would be more economical.
Lastly, ordering for recombinant mouse or recombinant human proteins will depend on your application. But it should not matter much because the L-WRN CM is used to culture epithelial cells from multiple endodermal tissues of a variety of mammals, including mouse and human gastrointestinal epithelial stem cell.
However, one major drawback using L-WRN CM is the activity of the Conditioned Medium that can affect the cells since there could be batch -to-batch variation in activity levels.
